Getting married in Amsterdam

It was a day in Amsterdam. The goal of my reportage was to capture the moment. We didn’t plan any session for portrait photos as they only wanted action photos.

We started to make photos at their home. Suddenly I received an SMS from a friend (yes, this reportage was made in the SMS where hot). My friend just tells me that it’s today the last day of a nice exhibition in Westergras fabriek in Amsterdam. Of course I couldn’t join, I was making this reportage, but… oh! That is strange, that’s very close to where we go for the wedding.

We went further with our day. We reached the Westerliefde in the afternoon. Rond 15:00 Alain came to me and said: “Oh, I’m changing my mind. We do have 15 minutes free now. Should we improvise a quick photo-session?”

Then I thought about this SMS and said: “I’ve just heard something special was inside the fabriek, but I don’t know what it is. Should we go to discover?”. Sure said Alain.

We bought 3 tickets, came in the installation, took off our shoes… And we had a fantastic moment, with a great ‘out of the time’ picture.
